Frequent Collaborators
Endura Consulting is committed to connecting with trusted partners as needed to ensure your goals are met with the right services at the right time.
“My name is Marissa, I am a registered dietitian, anti-racism educator, and executive leader, who is passionate about the intersection between anti-racism & the systems within which we work, live, and play. For the past few years I have been working at this intersection with a focus on food sovereignty, equity, and bringing diverse voices together toward common goals. I started UpRoot Consulting because as a Black woman, leader, healthcare professional, and queer person, I feel it is important to normalize conversations about anti-racism, oppression, and how we may be unintentionally upholding white supremacy.
I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Vash on several projects that center on creating more equitable and just healthcare systems. Our partnership is rooted in a shared commitment to anti-racism and addressing systemic inequities that affect marginalized communities.
What sets Endura Consulting apart is their deeply collaborative approach—grounded in humility, active listening, and a genuine desire to co-create solutions that empower communities rather than impose them. Working with Endura is both refreshing and inspiring because they don’t shy away from tough conversations or complex challenges. Instead, they create brave spaces where innovation and accountability go hand-in-hand. Together, we’ve been able to foster meaningful change in healthcare spaces, and I’m grateful for their partnership in this work."

“My name is Chris, and I’m a fan of the ‘Untangled’.
I’ve spent my career in the guts of operations - - seeing where systems break, where people get stuck, and where momentum goes to die. What I’ve learned is that the best solutions aren’t the most complex ones; they’re the ones that actually get used.
I founded Better Together Works Co. because I believe that when your business operations are in sync, you finally have the space to be human again. My goal is to move you past the ‘how’ so you can get back to your ‘why’.
I spent a decade in the high-pressure world of retail management at Shoppers Drug Mart, earning a reputation as ‘The Fixer’. If a store had broken inventory, spiralling labor costs, or stagnant growth, they sent me in to roll up my sleeves and find the rhythm again. It was there I learned my most valuable lesson: you can’t scale a business if you’re constantly fighting your own processes.
I’ve had the honor of working closely with Vash on several projects; primarily in the not-for-profit space. Our partnership is rooted in a shared commitment to improving system processes with a DEIBCA lens and approach.
Organizational change is a heavy lift, and it’s always easier when you have a partner for the sanity checks. What sets Endura Consulting apart is their deeply collaborative approach, and I’ve spent my career leaning in to say “Oh, and BTW, you’re going to want to try this…”. It only makes sense that the company I built was named for that exact moment, and working with Endura is both refreshing and inspiring because they aren’t afraid to ask for partnership and call in folks to the conversation."
